When I make my plan for a monthly cook, I often find myself needing to convert ingredients in recipes into more useful equivalents. How many cups of chicken cubes is in 20 oz of chicken? If I need 6 cups shredded cheese, how big of a brick of cheese will I need to get (I shred my own)? I have found a really useful chart here that has all of that information and lots more. All the items on the list are alphabetized, so it's quick & easy to use. Makes my job just a little bit simpler.
